MTT, Blinds are 200-400

They have 12500 in chips, you have 8500 in chips.

You hold AK one of the button, up the gun opens for 1200(They are a solid player, but they like to raise UTG), folded to you, do you fold, call, or reraise?

"It depends"

First of all, what types of hands can the raiser have? For some weak tight players a raise UTG means AA, KK or AKs; while many players would limp with those and raise with AQ and PPs QQ through 88 or so. If he is the first type of player, the correct move is certainly fold.

Another factor you have to consider is how the raiser would react to your re-raise. Some players would never fold their hands after raising from EP, while some are OK with testing the waters with an EP raise and fold if they encounter resistance. If it is the first type of player, you have to decide whether or not you are willing to go all-in with your AK at that stage of the tournament.

A much more important factor is your and the raiser's stack sizes. In this case you have a healty stack (20BB), and your opponent has you covered. Looks like neither of you is under pressure, so if you would go all-in here your opponent would probably fold everything but AA and KK. However, some players loosen up considerably on a large stack and you may get called by a medium pair. I guess you don't want a "coin flip" situation at that stage of the tournament.
